Pablo Ramirez & Robert Glenn met in 2013 working in the AT&T National Business Market sales organization. Although initially they were on separate teams, they became good friends and enjoyed celebrating customer success stories. About 2 years into their friendship, Robert became Pablo’s technical sales engineer and that is when their relationship & cohesive customer approach became reality.
Working side by side, they began to share the same idea: Build Trust/Deliver value/Be Different/Execute for your customer. After many years of planning, Diverse Telecom LLC was launched on March 1, 2019. Robert and Pablo could not be happier with their decision to go independent and plan to have many fruitful years of serving customers in diverse ways.
As the co-founder and partner of Diverse Telecom, Robert Glenn has an extensive background in sales and leadership in the telecommunications industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role and is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company with his business partner.

As the co-founder and partner of Diverse Telecom, Pablo Ramirez has 14 years an extensive background in sales and leadership in the telecommunications industry. Pablo graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Westwood College in Denver, Colorado.
He brings a broad dynamic knowledge base to his role and is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company with his business partner. Pablo started his career in the AT&T mobility retail space and moved into B2B focusing on mobility & major networks.
